1. Planning:
A project is initiated when the contract is signed by the
customer. From this point, the responsibility of the project
will be taken fully by our company. During this phase the
team prepares the functional specifications, works the design
process through, and prepares work plans, cost estimates and
schedules for the various deliverables.
In this phase, a screen prototype of a new system can be
developed. This allows the customer to review the future system
and to give their feedback at an early stage of the development.
The purpose of this phase is to set the framework for the
project, which involves:
Selecting a methodology
Identifying goals and objectives
Defining success measures
Establishing project scope
Selecting a project team
